When I started, and I believe it was under different ownership, I thought they were the center of all things on the web. They were great. Now the overseas tech support knows little or nothing about the inner workings of the server and its virus protection program. They don’t know what’s wrong ever and say the problem is on your end. That turns out to never be true and then finally after 5 or more chats with their so-called tech staff you bump into someone who knows what the problem is. If I did not have so much time invested in the site I would have left years ago.

The last message from them was it will be working in the next 2 hours, that was 6 hours ago.

The live chat isn’t working.

I have never seen a project handled as badly as this. If they didn’t have a clue about web use and email, you might understand why they decided to move midweek. The whold thing must have been so badly managed it is now just a big mess and the don’t seem to be able to cope.
