    What did you do?

Hi Computerbasics – I’m trying to merge C: and D: because C: drive is getting too full. I sthere any way I can merge these 2 drives?

  3. Computerbasics says:

I would suggest you backup your files to an external hard drive, then format your computer. Otherwise move the files like documents, pictures etc to D: drive.

Don’t know if you can answer this, but I have a question [request, urge, beg]

I have 2 drives , C & E. my C drive only has 20GB Space, my E drive has 600GB. Is there anyway I can give my C drive some of that, merge the E into the C, or anything like that, because it creates alot of problems for me, thanks for the response in advance.

  5. Computerbasics says:

You cannot merge C: on Windows XP or VISTA but Windows Seven can. Or you can get a program to do it…But the easiest way is to format the computer and delete the partitions.

  6. BobbyRice2 says:

Thanks anyway, I got a programme & threw 500GB of my other drive onto my C: drive, took 30 seconds. Beautiful free programme goodness! Thanks anywho.

  7. Computerbasics says:

What free program did you use?

  8. BobbyRice2 says:

EASEUS Partition Master 4.1.1 Home Edition.

Enjoy and spread the word , it’s an extremely simple tool, it was literally a case of opening it, and then dragging a SLIDE bar on my C drive to how much I wanted. Then a quick restart, and done.

    Spread ze word~. Enjoy.

Do yo know how to fix a BSOD? My Dell laptop had a virus that wiped out the whole hardrive. So now every single time I turn my computer on, the Blue screen just pops up, even when i run it in Safe Mode.
Do you know how to restore the hardrive?

Partition manager wizard is really a good thing, MiniTool partition manager wizard is a good choice for you. It is easy to use and it is efficient. Saved my partitions with this tool!! Some editions are FREEEEE. Any of you who need it can have a try.
