me too. TERRIBLE SERVICE and a bunch of assholes who work there. My cousin has so many problems with these guys. Stole her money too and now after reading the last 2 comments here, I will tell her to call the local police department too. STAY AWAY from this amateur company

I signed up 2 years ago and this week decided to order another website from them. Unfortunatly only after I paid, did they tell me the system no longer works on the OS4 panel, and now it is on the control panel. Basically it is much more complicated to work with and the service from this company SUCKS!!! Whether you are calling tech support, sales or billing, you will get either “MIKE” or “NORMAN” on the phone. Mike will make you feel like you are wasting his time and will even hang up the phone on you when he gets fed up. Norman (Norm) , well it’s his first day everyday and has no clue what to do in any circumstance. Couldn’t even answer the simplest question. When he wasn’t able to, he simply told me to just play around, try it out and if I am not happy with the sites designs, then he suggested I try another webhosting company. When I asked Mike a question…his reply” I make a better electrician than tech support server” WTF???? ….THIS IS THE BEST PART: I asked to cancel my subscrition. They sent me back an email stating my domain has been canceled and I was refunded. They NEVER REFUNDED ME!!! I am currently calling the local Ontario Police Department on them, Contacted Costco on them and asked Costco to open a file and look into their conduct and not affiliate their good name with these SCAMMERS. They STEAL your money and RUN. O.K, so my suggestion when you see this company….R U N ! ! ! ! FAST AND FAR AWAY!!!! They will scam you, take your money and be of absolute NO help to you when you are stuck with a question!!!

I really dislike this web hosting company. I’ve wasted hours on the phone with Dotcanada dealing with things that I shouldn’t have to. Their customer service has been rude and even hung up on me once. I suggest you stay away from dotcanada because there are too many other good web hosts available.
