I have a DVD saved on my computer, but it’s in IFO files, and I want to convert it to AVI. I used this program, but after clicking “Open DVD Root” and choosing it and all, I get this pop up saying “Warning. The output and input frame rate are not equal Pull down (up) will be performed” What does this mean??? please help

when i try to open the ifo its says no corresponding vob file found what does it mean?
