: : : : Globats customer service and tech support is not good at all. Nobody knows anything and they keep referring you to someone else that doesn’t know anything, and then you are told to call the same number you just called! Globat.com canceled our account with less than 12 hours notice, and then they couldn’t figure out what to do to get our site back up again. Our site is for a non-profit organization, and we will be switching to another host as soon as possible. -
: : : : Globat has been a great company to work with. I’m a novice at web design and their customer service reps did a great job in helping me solve my frontage page issues. Having only paid $53 for 2yrs on a buy 1 get 1 free offer I can definitely say they saved me a bundle especially now that everything else has gone up in price. -
: : : : Globat sounds great for the price but their service is far from being good. They try to get you with all the add on service and contracts so beware!
