   No complaints. I’ve used two different web host companies in the past (HomePageUniverse and SBI) and have found that Host Gator has been the best.

   I have good things to say about Hostgator. When Houston got slammed by the hurricane last September, the Hostgator building was heavily damaged, yet there didn’t seem to be any downtime for my site and they still had super fast turn-around email support that entire week.

   Hostgator is an awesome web hosting company! Great and fast customer service all day every day with their toll free line. They got a couple things confused when I first started with them over a year ago while I was transferring my sites from a different web hosting company, but that was probably my fault because I probably confused the hell out of them by sending too many different requests to them at the same time via their email support. We got everything smoothed out quickly and unless they start sucking, I anticipate using them as my web host for a very long time.

   They kind of made a mistake when I first signed up but have been with Hostgator for a year now and am very happy with their excellent customer service and haven’t noticed any downtime at all…even during the hurricane that wiped out southern Texas, they were still chugging along.

   Had a few issues with my Cpanel changing my password for no apparent reason, but regardless of the issue, Hostgators tech support has always gotten it fixed in less than an hour of my alerting them to it.

   For what it’s worth, I use Hostgator for all my blogs and sites. You won’t find a more helpful bunch of people to do business with. They have everything you need, quick answers, a toll-free number for quick questions, plus, the price is right.

    I’ve been using webhostingbuzz and hostgator both for several years – hostgator comes out top as they have 24/7 support – and when you have a problem with your sites you need to talk to someone asap.

    We have a dedicated server with Hostgator and it has worked out very well for us.

    We use alot of videos, so the size of the space we have, 1500 gigabytes is great.

    Sensational hosting, have a few shared, a couple reseller accounts with Hostgator. Never had any problems because of them, all my sites are pretty fast and I love their reseller accounts – top quality relative to price.

    Hostgators support is also top notch, usually answers within half an hour… a site of mine was hacked yesterday because of me being an idiot, I didn’t have backups for that specific site and it was pretty big… however, they kept backups and got it up within an hour.

    I’ve been using Host Gator as my web host for almost a year and I really like that I can call their customer service line toll free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I’m not a big techie type but their tech staff is excellent and always friendly and willing to help me with whatever I need to do. I highly recommend them!

    Hostgator has excellent 24/7 toll free phone customer and tech support. For example: I have had several issues that had nothing to do with Hostgator yet their tech support happily just went ahead and fixed it for me instead of telling me “we don’t support that” like my last host. If they hadn’t been willing to do this for me (several times over the last two years), then I would have had to hire someone to do it and of course that would have cost me money and taken several days to find someone. Hostgator is a very good host and I have zero complaints about their services.
