: : : : Ipower “tech support” is completely ignorant of anything remotely “tech” related and will very nicely tell you that they will submit your problem to their “second tier tech support” and then you will never hear back from them. And if they do “fix” something, then my experience is that they will screw it up. They “fixed” something (that was their fault) and made it so my site was completely down because they didn’t even bother to check to make sure that the thing they “fixed” worked! Unbelievable! Their “support” is based in India and you will spend at least 10 minutes just trying to get them to understand the name of your site and/or your username. Also, ANYTHING they think has nothing to do with their bad hosting they will tell you that “we don’t support third party” whatever – even when it was their fault! Couldn’t believe what a hassle it was just to install WordPress on their servers and then they messed that up later too. Too much work! Ipower sucks!
