I agree with Dan, this is the worst hosting company around with the worst customer service. I too have problems with this company billing my credit card even after I have told them to stop!

In my opinion, look for another company.

Lunar Pages is the worst company I have ever dealt with, I had to cancel my credit card to stop them from continued billing, I just received 2 more emails from them stating they are going to bill my credit card for service I canceled well over a year ago……I have called and had verbal confirmation the account was cancelled, sent them numerous emails stating CEASE,CANCELL,DELETE MY ACCOUNT!! STOP BILLING ME!! to no avail……I had to dispute the last charge they put on my card and then I had to cancel the card……..by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with…..If you sign up with them…..good luck canceling it……and apparently I am not the only one who has had this problem, I have read numerous complaints that are mirror images to mine…….buyer beware!

I have a small web design company and have been with Lunarpages for about six years. I’m so happy with them that I use Lunarpages to host all my customers. I love their control panel too because its very easy to use for even non-technical users too. I highly recommend Lunarpages!

I love Lunarpages. Been with them about three years and they have been excellent. One time I had to stay on hold for about ten minutes, but that is about the only problem I had.

I’ve been with Lunarpages for over a year. I have been very satisfied. I depend on email for my business and Lunarpages has been totally reliable. Several times I have had to contact their technical support department and I received a reply that was both helpful and very courteous. Lunarpages has been a very good web hosting company for me.
