1. FALSE ADVERTISING – They claim they offer unlimited domains, unlimited space and unimited bandwidth. But they will
2. SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNT ANYTIME at will without warning and try to force you to upgrade your account. They do not give you unlimited bandwidth nor unlimited storage. This is false advertising which there should be a class action lawsuit against mochahost.com.
3. NOT HELPFUL online support – The online tech support is completely useless and they will terminate the chat as fast as they can and just tell you to write a support ticket.
4. NO PHONE. You cannot call them. This is one big warning sign for you. If you request they call you, you might have to wait a long time if they even call you back.
5. NOT FRIENDLY customer tech support. They are only friend before you sign up.
6. Mochahost DOES NOT ADMIT FAULT. No matter how you prove there is a problem with the server, they will try their best to tell you nothing is wrong. Perhaps this is their way to avoid any lawsuit or compensation for server down time and problems. They will find ways to blame your codes or anything possible so that they can avoid the responsibility. When you prove it to them, they will still not admit error, tell you they cannot help you, and then ask you to write a support ticket. If you want an honest webhost, this isn’t it. In fact, this is one of the least honest host we have dealt with in the past 10 years.
7. Their SERVERS ARE NOT STABLE. The server has stalling issues or downtime about one time every two weeks on average.
8. Mochahost just DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS. If you want to try them out, sign up for a short time period and you’ll know exactly why Mochahost gets the most complaints of all web hosting companies.

Mochahost windows vps hosting sucks hard!! Stay away from them. I spent over 6 days try to solve vps issues. My ticket took days to solve even if I put emergency in them. I spent ton of time and money.

cant speak to anyone, support is useless, always a ticket then take 3 days to reply , keep well away ! I will be moving back to godaddy.

I signed up for one of their cloud hosting packages and it was a big mess from the start. I requested that they setup two custom nameservers, ns1 and ns2. Support said that I had to do it and provided me that wrong information. I was to get 4 ip address, I got 2 of them. I had contact them to tell them that they shorted me 2 ips that were for the nameservers. Then, they sent me the correct information.

What got me was that I had contacted them by email asking the price of extra ips. They said, $1.00 per IP. However, once I had signed up, they wanted $1.00 per ip and to pay 12 months in advance for them.

Their server was very fast. However, their support doesn’t make the grade.

Beware of Mochahost. I opened an account and started using it. Their servers went down the same day that I opened the account. So much for their 99% or whatever guarantee they offer. The funny thing is their own chat doesn’t work when their servers go down. We had no access to anything. I didn’t want to deal with this and I took them up on the 30 day money back offer. I submitted a request for cancellation and received an email with a ticket number. When I logged in a few days later to check the status, there is no such ticket in their system! On top of it, their support telephone or chat system doesn’t handle any kind of billing questions! I am now left in the dark. If I don’t get my refund, I am going to call my credit card company and report fraud.
