Thinkhost has good servers, good network connectivity and reliable bankwidth. I like the layout the file structure for your hosted sites have and the control panel is adequate. The tech support team is pretty good, although they often take longer than I would prefer (5 to 24 hours).

I’ve used thinkhost for years now and have experienced firsthand that they offer an outstanding service. Their customer service is superb, and their servers never go down. I think its really cool that their web hosting company is powered by the sun and wind too. Thinkhost is 5 thumbs up for me!
